Customized breakthrough under extreme working conditions (friction plates for construction machinery vehicles)

Due to long-term heavy loads and dust erosion, the original friction plates used by a mining group in an open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia had a wear cycle of only 2 months. After a field investigation, the Dingchi technical team customized and developed a "high temperature resistant + dustproof seal" dual-effect friction plate for it, using a ceramic fiber reinforced formula and laser welding backing plate process. After 6 months of actual testing, the wear cycle was extended to 8 months, and the annual maintenance cost of a single vehicle was reduced by 42%. It has now become the designated supplier of the group's mining equipment nationwide.
